At nuMONDAY we want to develop and build a community that shares similar passions, making it as easy as possible for members to interact.

What is the nuMONDAY community?

The nuMONDAY community is an online community marketplace where you will find the very best of unique and personalised gifts from small businesses, creative talents and hobbyists.

Anyone can join and be part of the community and shop as a guest or a member.

Is joining the community free?

Yes joining the nuMONDAY community is free.

How do I join?

You can join by simply clicking to Register or Sign in.

I've joined but I have not received an email to activate my account?

Sometimes our emails can end up in Junk/Spam folders.  Check these and mark as not spam so you do not miss out on any updates from the community.

What are "Messages"?

Messages are where you can interact with other members or sellers on the nuMONDAY community by contacting them directly and privately.  All of your inbound messages will go her as well.

What is the "Wall"?

Within the “Wall” area of your account is where you can update your status, show your interactions on other members walls etc.

The “Newsfeed” shows all the latest updates from your Friends on nuMONDAY.

“My Likes” is where you can see all the updates you have liked.

How do I edit my Profile?

You can edit your profile by clicking Profile in your menu bar.

You can updated and change your personal profile picture as well as add other social media links.

Ensure you use http:// before each social media link for them to display on your profile.

How do I view my Friends?

You can view and manage your friends on nuMONDAY by clicking on the menu section of your account “Friends”.

Where are my Favourite Products and Shops?

You can find your favourite products and shops under the menu in your account labelled “Products”.

This is a great feature for when you are browsing and want to compare products or shortlist products to buy in the future.

How do I change my Email address?

You can change your email address by going to Settings > Email

Where do I find my Orders?

All of your orders are kept within the “Orders” area of your profile which can be accessed via your account menu.

This allows you to see your order history and track your orders on nuMONDAY.
